We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible. We offer Free UK shipping on orders over £40.
Orders placed through Germstore are processed and prepared for shipment from the UK. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
UK Delivery
Standard UK delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier schedules.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business hours. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day.
During periods of high demand or promotional activity, dispatch times may occasionally extend slightly. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Delivery Responsibility
